Broly can be up at a Super Perfect Cell which = SSJ2.

my point buu was only a chaleenge due to hhis EXTREME speed and flexible body
if he didnt have that gummy body he wouldnt be able to pull off half the crazy moves he uesed on giku and vegeta.
Broly on the other hand is GODLY why because he destroy a whole galaxy.
buu is said to but have we seen it? no and kib buu "vanishiing bal" was a good size to destroy the eart

I stand on the opposite side of the spectrum Shineman, I'd say it is Kid Buu who stands no chance, against Broly who is able to blast away small galaxies.

That's around 200 times the power that Cell had with his Kamehameha which was supposedly capable of ending a solar system.

Interesting, but your argument has a flaw.

Broly is not able to destroy a galaxy.
Its a dub error, and is should should instead of saying destroyed the galaxy, said broly whent around 'tearing up the galaxy'

That's a nice thread you have there, but the only post there that supports your point of "tearing up the galaxy" is unsupported, no video evidence at all.

Now, if you can find the sub version that proves my statement wrong, so be it. Until then however, we go with what we see on tape.

It's quite clear that the majority of the galaxy was destroyed. There is no hint at a time gap, and the wreckage of planets as opposed to total destruction can be attributed to the fact that the outer rim of the galaxy was still partially intact when the screen fades to black.

Now I know it doesn't make sense for this feat to apply to Broly, but then again, neither do most planet/solar system busting feats for most Dragonball Z characters, and they usually don't appear on screen.

Bringing up another point, even if you don't include the galaxy busting feat by Broly, he still needs to have been able to destroy solar system by solar system in order to cause visible damage as he did.

Also, I didn't see anyone disallow SSJ3 Broly, so Broly definitely wins.

Plenty of Movie characters are much stronger than any villain in the manga. Broly, Hirudegarn, and Janemba are all good examples.

Assuming that Broly returned again after the events of "Broly: Second Coming", his power would be enough to deal damage to Kid Buu. HOWEVER.....even if Broly exerts full power against Buu, it would still not be enough to destroy Buu entirely.

But then again, Goku managed to destroy Buu not by Super Saiyan, but by a powerful Genki Dama. If Broly managed to exert the same power as that of the Spirit Bomb, the Kid Buu is OWNED.

Unless that happens, Broly would surely face death by bubblegum.
