Izunagi Myth

I decided to include the Myth of Izunagi and Izunami in this section for how it's sort of related to the Naruto story. Izunagi's wife Izunami dies and goes to Yomi, after that Izunagi decides to go to Yomi and bring her back to the world of the living, sadly Izunami ate the food of the dead already and argued that she didn't want to return to the land of the living, after some coxing from Izunagi, Izunami eventually agrees to return to the land of the living after a quick rest, Izunagi being impatiante went to Izunami, when he seen Izunami and what was taking so long for her to return he saw that Izunami had decayed after lighting a torch, fearing what he saw ha ran back to the entrance of Yomi being pursued by Izunami, after reaching the entrance he blocks it with a boulder in which Izunami curses him and states that 1000 people will die each day for leaving her in Yomi in which he retorts saying he will create 1500 people each day, after words Izunagi goes to wash the filth of Yomi from his face, Tsukiyomi was born from the left eye, Amaterasu was born from his right eye, and Susano'o was born from his nose. Tsukiyomi is the god of the Moon, Amaterasu is the goddess of the sun, and Susano'o is the god of the storm.

That was rather interesting. I straight away noticed that susanno being god of the storm seems odd? Because there is a significant "power" difference between sun moon and the storm...

Well Ameratasu represents what Nietzsche would have called the stable, Apollonian aspects of kingship, whilst Sosano-o represents the more chaotic and Dionysian aspect. Its a widespread myth so you can also think of something like the war in heaven between Set and Horus in ancient Egyptian religion, where Set represents the storm and Horus represents the sun

the greek have a myth about the underword that worked similair to how this one went as well, so from different cultures they have similiar stories.
