What do you think about "Screamo"

I know a lot of people here hate screamo, but i want to know why and who hates it.. Here's an example to low screamo... Well at least it low from me.. Not realy my style Im afraid

I like screamo and i will admit it and when people say 'it's a load of rubbish they can't even sing' when they can because by 'screaming' all the time it will hurt your throats so they have to like prepare alot i think. I find Underoath interesting. A lot of screamo has meaning to it, and people don't like it because it's loud and sometimes hurts the ears.

well i listen 2 trivium, caliban, slipknot, disturbed, Avenged sevenfold, killswitch engage etc. and well eclipse it does count of scremo cus there is screaming in it if even 4 minute like tht song is. tbh they sound decent actually might get some of there songs :P

It's ok I guess ... It kinda reminds me a bit of marilyn manson and he is awesome.

I dont really like screamo but i like deathcore which is bands like Suicide Silence. Ive got loads of friends into screamo though.

Not too big a fan of screamo but id do listen to hardcore stuff like Slipknot.. It depends on the band and my mood i guess.

Don't really like it, I like to listen to the lyrics, and see what the artist is trying to say.

I like a lot of genres, and I seriously like screamo. Maybe not my favourite but there isn't anything wrong with it imo.

I personally don't like it.. it's just not my taste I guess..

i don't really like the style of screaming they use in screamo they use this high pitched screaming and when they sing too (not all of them) and i prefer deeper lower ones like grunting, growling and pig squeel like in death metal so give me some cannibal corpse, deicide, bloodbath right now! >:O

I don't like screamo songs. I think a line or two in a song using screamo style is cool though.

I can't say I particularly like screamo. To me, screaming is like pepper. Too much makes it unpleasant. But a little bit used the right way can add a really nice kick to a song.
