Updates?

Is it possible to receive updates on specific topics, rather than specific threads? For example, I'd like to somehow be notified whenever there is a new competition... Is this possible?

Well, usually there are notifications where there are new competitions. Someone will post "Official Spam," lol, on your profile page that announces competitions and voting. I know your interested in the writing competitions, so I'll be sure to tell you when one comes. up.
